Abdominal pain may be due many reasons. Most of the people suffer from just a gatric trouble but they feel that they have got stomach ulcer. Once you get stomach pain stop drinking and smoking because both will aggrevate the pains. Take more water, also take heavy fruits and avoid spicy foods for atleast a month. Its better to avoid Non-Veg foods for atleast onemonth. If still the stomach pain persists its better to see the doctor. Doctor will diagonise and give some anatacid tablets for 20 days. During that period avoid heavy meals also make sure you have not left your stomach empty. Antacid tablets should be taken before food atleast one hour before food. If still the problem persists doctor will recomend for a endoscopy. Its better to avoid endoscopy and regularise the food habits. Stomach pain may also due to pancreatitis, colon or stomach cancer. Its very rare for a person to get stomach Cancer. Sometimes gastric problem may be due to herdity. So its better to take healthy food.

Avoid taking citrus fruits
Take heavy amount of vegetables which is watery in nature.
So eat healty foods and avoid all stomach related problems.
